The Residence at Littledale CP3

The CP3 package at The Residence at Littledale consisted of a complete interior fit-up of the 140,000 ft2 facility. Key features included 124 resident rooms, medical care infrastructure, a chapel, world-class kitchen facilities, multi-purpose spaces, assisted bath facilities, a music room, staff infrastructure, and common areas.

This project was executed in close coordination with the ownership group, as they were also the mechanical and electrical contractor for the project. Weekly coordination meetings were held with all stakeholders in addition to constant schedule/planning meetings. There was a robust owner-supplied equipment package that was carefully coordinated with the owner and operator.
