The new vivarium accommodates researchers from across the campus in a collaborative, efficient and inspiring workspace. The multi-species facility can accommodate mice, rats, swine, fish, and woodchucks. Areas include rodent production and housing, small and large animal surgery, physiological testing, behavioral testing in an Animal Containment Level 2 environment, as well as all related support and administration areas.
