Audi St. John’s

Matthews Motors engaged us to be the design-builder for this complex building renovation to convert an existing shared car dealership to a dedicated Audi dealership. This was a carefully phased renovation with upgrades to all aspects of the existing facilities and building envelope. Construction was completed with the building fully occupied by the ownership group, maintaining regular operations with minimal disruptions to day-to-day activities. The upgrades were completed in compliance with current Audi brand standards, in conjunction with representatives of Audi Canada throughout the design-build process. The new dealership includes a first-class showroom, new vehicle delivery area, customer lounge, upgraded service drop off area, electric vehicle charging stations, and an upgraded service area.
