Olympic Construction Limited is proud to have completed the construction of a new, state-of-the-art office space spanning 11,000 sq. ft. for  our client, Royal Greenland. This project involved not only the creation of a modern workspace but also the demolition of existing office facilities to make way for a fresh start.

Scope of Work:

Our scope of work encompassed a wide range of tasks, including demolition of the old office structures, construction of new office spaces, installation of high-end finishes, and integration of modern amenities to meet Royal Greenland’s requirements for a contemporary and functional workspace.

Demolition and Construction:

The demolition phase involved carefully dismantling and removing the existing office facilities, ensuring a clean slate for the new construction. Our team then proceeded with constructing the new office space, focusing on efficient layout designs, optimal space utilization, and adherence to high construction standards.

High-End Finishes:

To elevate the aesthetics and functionality of the office, we incorporated high-end finishes throughout the space. This included premium flooring materials, modern lighting fixtures, sleek cabinetry, and custom millwork to create a sophisticated and professional environment.

Expedited Schedule:

One of the key challenges of this project was the expedited schedule of completion. Despite the tight timeline, Olympic Construction Limited successfully managed the project from start to finish, ensuring timely completion without compromising on quality or safety.
