This modern, purpose-built facility is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency. Located in one of St. John’s fastest-growing neighbourhoods, the school features high-quality construction, efficient design, and durable materials to support a vibrant learning environment. Olympics team is leading all aspects of the project—from self-performed foundations/tilt-up concrete sandwich panels to interior fit-ups—ensuring the school is built to serve the community for decades to come.
